All Hypstage shows are streamed on Japanese service Abema for a flat-rate fee. However, Abema is region-locked to Japan and will require a VPN to use if you are outside the country. Nord VPN is an option that I have personally used, but Abema seems to have cracked down recently and it may not be as reliable as in the past.
You must make a free account. (If you make a premium account and pay the monthly fee, then you receive a discount on livestream purchases, though it is not necessary to purchase the streams themselves.)
Credit card payment is the only option, but Abema accepts international cards.

All previous Hypstage shows are available on various streaming services, generally for an additional fee of about 998 yen per rental. New stages are generally added to streaming services a few months to a year after the bluray release.
These streaming services are all paid and region-locked. They will require a VPN to use and charge reoccurring monthly fees.
