After the success of the First Division Rap Battle, Chuuouku only continues to grow in power. In order to assemble even greater strength, Otome begins gathering support from various business conglomerates. It’s then that Sanjoin Sonoka, an old friend from her youth, reappears before her. Though they’re overjoyed to have found each other again, a gulf begins to open between Sonoka, who continues to pursue her ideals unchanged, and Otome, who has learned the cruelties of this world. Meanwhile, terrorist attacks rock Chuuouku. Ichijiku and Nemu feel uneasy over the way these attacks seem to resemble those of the Revolutionaries, the Tsukinone. The Tsukinone has been dissolved, so why do they still find their mark at the scene of the crime…? The story of these women swaying between their ideals and reality and the resolve that leads them to their ultimate decisions begins now!
